Dotee Dolls

I have started making dotee dolls. They are art dolls that have a circular face, no arms or legs and a tail and hanger. They are a lot of fun to make and I intend to make a lot of them, so I set up a separate blog for my dotee dolls.

Here are pictures of the dolls I have made so far. The first one I made was Queen Quiana. I made her for the “Q is for… dotee” swap on Swap-bot. The cat lady dotee was also for a swap. The other three are listed for sale in my Etsy store.

Your dotees all have personality! I love making them too. I especially like the detail of the cat lady with the eyes like the cat and she looks a bit harried. a look any cat lover/owner knows well. =-) Maybe we will get to swap sometime. Thanks for sharing your talent. HUGS
